Deji Akinade, a Business Development and Project Management professional with special bias for new product development, capacity development and entrepreneurial re-engineering leads the business development and business expansion team for Thomas Chase Group. He has commendable expertise in Project development processes as well as stakeholder/ institutional engagement and management.

He worked in one of Nigeria’s biggest insurance company, Industrial and General Insurance (IGI) where he pioneered several investment portfolios outside the Insurance industry for the company and also cut his professional teeth in business development and re- engineering. After leaving IGI, he co–founded Ada Solar Energy (Ghana) Ltd and led on the development of the project from conception to financial closure. The project was a partnership with the Electricity Company of Ghana for the development of a 20MW ON- GRID Solar Farm.

Deji is driven by a desire to ensure that the THOMAS CHASE GROUP leaves a footprint of business success in the African continent while imbuing a legacy of public and social service.
